Особливості перебігу запальних захворювань дихальних шляхів за гіпотиреоїдного статусу та під впливом його корекції (огляд літератури)

Abstract

Мета роботи – здійснити аналіз даних літератури стосовно впливу зниження вмісту гормонів щитоподібної залози (ЩЗ), а також його корекції гормонозамісною терапією на перебіг хронічного обструктивного захворювання легень (ХОЗЛ) та бронхіальної астми (БА). Висновки. На підставі аналізу даних літератури продемонстровано патофізіологічні докази взаємопов’язаності змін тиреоїдного статусу і хронічного запального процесу в дихальних шляхах (ДШ), а також вплив гормонозамісної терапії гіпотиреозу на перебіг цих коморбідних станів. У проаналізованих літературних джерелах представлені дані нових досліджень: епідеміологічних, експериментальних і клінічних із залученням сучасних лабораторних (імунологічних та молекулярно-біологічних зокрема) та інструментальних методів, які формують нову точку зору на взаємозв’язок між запаленням у ДШ і гіпотиреоїдним статусом, а також висвітлюють аспекти впливу гормонозамісної терапії на розвиток патологічного процесу в ДШ при ХОЗЛ і БА.

The purpose of the work – to analyze the literature data concerning the effect of reducing the content of the thyroid gland (TG), as well as its correction with hormone replacement therapy on the course of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and bronchial asthma (BA). Conclusions. On the basis of literature data, pathophysiological evidence of the interrelationship of changes in thyroid status and chronic inflammatory process in the respiratory tract (RT), as well as the effect of hormone replacement therapy for hypothyroidism on the course of these comorbid conditions, were established. The analyzed literary sources present the data of new studies: epidemiological, experimental and clinical with the involvement of modern laboratory (immunological and molecular biological in particular) and instrumental methods, which form a new point of view on the relationship between inflammation in the thyroid gland and hypothyroid status, and also highlight aspects of the influence of hormone replacement therapy on the development of the pathological process in RT with COPD and BA.
