Abstract:	The clinical manifestations of the disease and the content of the lipid complex in the bile and blood protein fractions were investigated in 116 patients suffering from chronic gastritis and gastroduodenitis associated with diseases of the biliary tract. It was established that ethonium produces an active therapeutic effect on the general clinical manifestations of the disease, inflammatory process in the gallbladder and biliary tract and promotes normalization of the liver function.
