Хвороба Стілла у дорослих

Abstract

Мета роботи – на прикладі клінічного випадку ознайомити лікарів з особливостями клінічного перебігу хвороби Стілла. Наведено витяг з історії хвороби пацієнтки, госпіталізованої в інфекційне відділення ОКНП «Чернівецька обласна клінічна лікарня», в якої на підставі гарячки, макуло-папульозного висипу на руках і в ділянці «декольте», болю та набряку променево-зап’ясткових суглобів, а також високого показника феритину крові, було діагностовано хворобу Стілла. Summary. Aim – using the example of a clinical case to acquaint practicing doctors with the features of the clinical course of Still’s disease. A patient hospitalized at the Chernivtsi Regional Clinical Hospital in the infectious department with fever, a maculo-papular rash on the hands and in the «décolletage», pain and swelling of the carpal joints, as well as with high levels of blood ferritin – >1500 mcg/l (norm 13-120 mcg/l), the diagnosis is established – Still’s disease in adults.
