| Abstract: | Досліджено дію внутрішньочеревинного введення мелатоніну в дозі 1 мг на кг маси тіла за гострої гіпобаричної гіпоксії на стан прооксидантно-антиоксидантної рівноваги в наднирках щурів. Встановлено, що введення мелатоніну за 30 хв до моделювання гострої гіпоксії зменшує інтенсивність пероксидного окиснення ліпідів та посилює антиоксидантний захист в надниркових залозах. The effect of melatonin intraperitoneal administration in a dose of 1 mg per kg of body weight in case of acute hypobaric hypoxia on the state of prooxidative-antioxidative balance in rat adrenal glands was investigated. It was established that melatonin administration 30 minutes before acute hypoxia modelling reduced the intensity of lipid peroxidation and strengthened antioxidant protection in the adrenal glands. |
